Barish aur Asmani Bijli: Apne Solar System aur Lithium Battery ko Tabahi se Kaise Bachayen?

​1. Earthing aur Lightning Protection

​Barish ke sath aksar bijli (lightning) chamakti hai. Is se bachne ke liye:

  • Earthing Check Karein: Yakeen banayein ke aapka solar structure aur inverter sahi tareeqe se earthed hain taake aasmani bijli se system ko nuqsan na pahuche.
  • Lightning Arrestor: Agar mumkin ho to lightning arrestor zaroor lagwayein.

​2. Wiring aur Junction Boxes ki Safai

  • Waterproofing: Check karein ke tamam wires ke connections water-tight hain. Junction boxes aur MC4 connectors mein pani nahi jana chahiye, warna short circuit ka khatra ho sakta hai.
  • Loose Wires: Chat par bikhri hui taaron ko tie-clips ki madad se structure ke sath baandh dein taake wo pani mein na doobi rahein.

​3. Inverter ki Hifazat

  • Dry Location: Inverter ko hamesha aisi jagah lagayein jahan barish ka pani seedha na parta ho.
  • Ventilation: Barish mein nami (humidity) barh jati hai, isliye inverter ke irf-gird jagah khuli rakhein taake wo overheated na ho.

​4. Solar Panels ki Safai

  • Natural Cleaning: Barish ka ek faida ye hai ke ye panels se dhool mitti saaf kar deti hai. Lekin barish rukne ke baad agar panels par mitti ke dhabbe reh jayein, to unhe saaf kar lena chahiye taake production kam na ho.
  • Cracks Check Karein: Barish se pehle check kar lein ke kisi panel par koi crack to nahi, kyunke dararon se pani andar ja kar panel ko permanently kharab kar sakta hai.

​5. Battery ki Dekhbhaal

  • Nami se Bachao: Batteries ko hamesha khushk aur unchi jagah par rakhein taake barish ka pani un tak na pahuche.
  • Terminals: Battery ke terminals par grease ya petroleum jelly lagayein taake nami ki wajah se un par carbon (corrosion) na jame.

​6. Structure ki Mazbooti

  • ​Tez hawaon aur barish mein structure ke nuts aur bolts dheele ho sakte hain. Mausam kharab hone se pehle unhe tighten (kas) lena chahiye taake panels urne ya girne ka khatra na rahe.

Zaroori Mashwara: Agar barish ke doran system mein koi fault ya sparking nazar aaye, to foran main switch (AC/DC breakers) off kar dein aur kisi professional technician se rabta karein.

Asmani bijli (lightning) se solar system aur ghar ki deegar bijli ki ashya ko bachane ke liye kuch makhsoos safety devices aur iqdamaat nihayat zaroori hain. Inka maqsad bijli ke high voltage ko zameen (earth) mein muntaqil karna hota hai.

​Hifazat ke liye darj-zail iqdamaat karein:

​1. Lightning Arrestor (LA) ka Istemal

​Ye sab se ahem hifazati aala hai jo chat par sab se unchi jagah lagaya jata hai.

  • Maqsad: Ye aasmani bijli ko apni taraf khench kar ek moti copper wire ke zariye seedha zameen (earth) mein bhej deta hai, jis se solar panels aur inverter mehfooz rehte hain.
  • Tarkeeb: Iska connection system ki aam earthing se alag hona chahiye taake voltage reverse na mare.

2. Surge Protection Devices (SPD)

​Inverter ke paas lage hue DC aur AC DB boxes mein SPD ka hona lazmi hai.

  • Kaam karne ka tariqa: Agar asmani bijli ki wajah se wires mein achanak bohat zyada voltage (surge) aa jaye, to SPD usay foran detect karke ground kar deti hai aur inverter ko jalne se bachati hai.
  • DC aur AC SPD: Dono tarah ki protection lagwayein kyunke bijli grid ki taraf se bhi aa sakti hai aur panels ki taraf se bhi.

​3. Proper Earthing (Grounding)

​Sirf devices lagana kafi nahi, unka ground hona zaroori hai.

  • Solar Structure Earthing: Panels ke lohay ke frame (structure) ko alag se earth karein.
  • Inverter Earthing: Inverter ki body ko alag se earth point se connect karein.
  • Gehri Boring: Earth ka gora (pit) itna gehra hona chahiye jahan nami (moisture) ho, taake bijli asani se zameen mein jazb ho sake.

4. DC Breakers ka Istemal

​Solar panels aur inverter ke darmiyan munasib rating ke DC Circuit Breakers lagwayein. Mausam zyada kharab ho ya bijli zyada chamak rahi ho, to behtar hai ke aap manual tareeqe se breakers off kar dein taake system disconnect ho jaye.

​5. Wires ki Isolatation

  • PVC Piping: Tamam DC aur AC wires ko high-quality PVC pipes (conduits) mein rakhein. Nangi taarein asmani bijli ke asrat ko jaldi qabool karti hain.
  • Doorie: Solar wires ko ghar ki deegar wiring se thora fasle par rakhein taake induction ke zariye current leak na ho.

​Kuch Zaroori Mashware:

  • Professional Installation: Hamesha kisi certified electrician ya solar engineer se lightning protection system design karwayein.

  • Regular Check-up: Barish ke mausam se pehle apne earthing ka resistance (Ohm test) zaroor check karwayein. Agar resistance zyada ho to earthing kam nahi karegi.

  • Ghar se Doori: Lightning arrestor ko hamesha ghar ke konay ya structure ke konay par lagayein, bilkul center mein nahi.
  • Asmani bijli (lightning) lithium batteries ke liye nihayat khatarnak sabit ho sakti hai, kyunke ye batteries lead-acid ke muqable mein sensitive electronic components (BMS) par munhasir karti hain.

    ​Lithium batteries ko darj-zail nuqsanat ho sakte hain:

    ​1. BMS ka Jal Jana

    ​Lithium battery ke andar ek BMS (Battery Management System) hota hai jo ek nazuk electronic circuit board hai. Agar bijli ka high voltage surge system mein dakhil ho jaye, to ye board foran jal sakta hai. Jab BMS kharab ho jaye, to battery na charge ho sakti hai aur na hi output de sakti hai.

    ​2. Thermal Runaway (Aag lagne ka khatra)

    ​Lithium-ion aur LiFePO4 batteries mein high voltage dakhil hone se cells ke andar internal short circuit ho sakta hai. Is se battery ka temperature achanak barh jata hai, jisay Thermal Runaway kehte hain. Is surat mein battery phat sakti hai ya us mein aisi aag lag sakti hai jisay bujhana intehai mushkil hota hai.

    ​3. Cells ki Permanent Damage

    ​Asmani bijli ka jhatka battery ke andar maujood chemical cells ki sakht (structure) ko tabah kar sakta hai. Is se battery ki capacity foran khatam ho jati hai aur wo dobara backup dene ke qabil nahi rehti.

    ​4. Overvoltage Stress

    ​Lithium batteries ek makhsoos voltage limit (maslan 48V ya 51.2V) ke liye design hoti hain. Bijli girne se jab hazaron volts ka current guzarta hai, to battery ke cells "overstress" ho jate hain, jis se unki life cycle (zindagi) foran khatam ho sakti hai.

    ​Lithium Battery ko Bachane ke Tareeqe:

    • SPD ka Lazmi Istemal: Inverter aur battery ke darmiyan munasib

    •   DC Surge Protection Device
    •  (SPD) zaroor lagayein.

    • Proper Grounding: Battery ke cabinet ya rack ko sahi tareeqe se earth (ground) hona chahiye.

    • Breakers: Battery aur inverter ke darmiyan DC Breaker zaroor lagayein. Sakht tufan ya bijli chamakne ke doran agar mumkin ho to battery ka breaker off kar dena sab se ziada safe hai.

    • Dori (Distance): Battery ko hamesha khushk jagah par rakhein aur koshish karein ke ye direct solar panels ke niche wale floor par na ho jahan se static charge niche aa sake.
    • Agar mausam kharab ho aur solar panels (photo cells) se charging nahi ho rahi ho, to Grid (WAPDA/K-Electric) se battery charge kar lena sab se behtar option hai.

      ​Iske liye aap darj-zail kaam kar sakte hain:

      ​1. Inverter ki Setting Change Karein (SBU se SNU par)

      ​Aksar solar inverters "SBU" (Solar-Battery-Utility) mode par set hote hain, jis mein wo grid se battery charge nahi karte jab tak solar maujood ho.

      • ​Aap inverter ki settings mein ja kar priority ko "SNU" (Solar and Utility) ya "Utility First" par kar dein.
      • ​Is se inverter grid se battery ko full charge kar dega taake light jane ki surat mein aapke paas mukammal backup maujood ho.

      ​2. Lithium Battery ke liye Faida

      ​Lithium batteries ka faida ye hai ke ye bohat jaldi (Fast Charging) charge ho jati hain. Agar light thori dair ke liye bhi aaye to ye grid se jaldi charge ho kar aapko lamba backup de sakti hain.

      ​3. Charging Current (Amperes) ka Khayal Rakhein

      ​Grid se charge karte waqt apne inverter mein charging amperes ko battery ki capacity ke mutabiq set karein:

      • Lithium Battery: Isay aap thore zyada amperes (maslan 30A-50A) par bhi charge kar sakte hain taake jaldi charge ho jaye.
      • Lead Acid/Dry Battery: Inhein slow charge (15A-20A) karna behtar hota hai taake plate kharab na hon.

      ​4. Solar aur Grid ka Milap

      ​Jab mausam behtar ho jaye lekin badal hon, to "SNU" mode par inverter thori energy solar se lega aur baqi grid se milakar battery ko jaldi full kar dega.

      ​5. Khayal Rakhein (Precaution)

      ​Jab mausam bilkul saaf ho jaye aur solar se bharpoor bijli milne lage, to setting ko dobara "SBU" ya "Solar First" par kar dein taake aapka bijli ka bill kam se kam aaye.

      Khulasa: Mausam ki kharabi mein "Load Shedding" ka khatra zyada hota hai, isliye grid se battery full rakhna hi sab se safe tareeqa hai taake aapka backup mehfooz rahe.

    • Jab mausam saaf ho jaye aur dhoop nikal aaye, to aapko system ko dubara "Normal Mode" par lana chahiye taake aap solar energy ka poora faida utha sakein aur bijli ka bill bacha sakein.

      ​Mausam theek hone par ye kaam zaroor karein:

      ​1. Inverter Settings ko Reset Karein

      ​Inverter ki setting ko SNU (Solar and Utility) se hata kar dobara SBU (Solar-Battery-Utility) ya Solar First par kar dein.

      • Fayda: Is se inverter grid (WAPDA) se charging rok dega aur sirf solar ki muft bijli istemal karega.

      ​2. Solar Panels ki Safai (Sab se Ahem)

      ​Barish ke baad aksar panels par mitti ki halki teh jam jati hai ya pani ke dhabbe (spots) par jate hain.

      • Action: Panels ko saaf paani aur naram kapray ya mop se saaf karein.
      • Asar: Thori si mitti bhi solar ki production ko 20% se 30% tak kam kar sakti hai. Safai ke baad aap dekhenge ke amperes foran barh gaye hain.

      ​3. System ka Jaiza (Inspection)

      • Connectors Check Karein: Check karein ke kisi junction box ya MC4 connector mein nami to nahi reh gayi.
      • Structure: Ek baar dekh lein ke tez hawa ya barish se structure ka koi bolt dheela to nahi hua.

      ​4. Battery Level Monitoring

      ​Dhoop nikalne ke baad check karein ke kya solar panels battery ko properly charge kar rahe hain. Lithium battery ke display ya inverter ki screen par check karein ke charging voltage sahi aa rahe hain ya nahi.

      ​5. High Load Chaliye

      ​Jab dhoop achi ho aur batteries full ho jayein, to aap din ke waqt ghar ka bhari load (maslan AC, Water Pump ya Iron) solar par chala sakte hain, kyunke din mein solar production peak par hoti hai.

      Short Tip: Mausam saaf hote hi Panels ki dhulayi aur SBU setting hi aapki bachat ka asal zariya hai!
