- Fixed Service Charges: Bijli ki company (KE) grid istemal karne ke mamooli service charges leti hai (aam taur par 200 se 500 PKR ke darmian).
- Government Taxes: Bill mein mojood Excise Duty, PTV Fee, aur GST jaise taxes units ki bajaye "Meter Rent" ya "Fixed Charges" par lag sakte hain.
- Fuel Adjustment (FPA): Agar aap grid se units kharidte hain (raat ke waqt ya badal hone par), to un units par FPA lag sakta hai. Magar aapke April ke data mein 0 kWh purchase hai, is liye aap is se bache hue hain.

- Testing & Inspection: Agar KE dobara system check karne aaye ya koi fault repair kare, to uske charges sarif (Ferozuddin Ahmad) ko dene par sakte hain.
- Insurance: Muahide ke mutabiq sarif ko apne system ki insurance karwani chahiye taake kisi hadsay ki surat mein teesri party (third party) ka nuqsan cover ho sake.

Aapke system ne March mein 6,443.5 PKR ka revenue generate kiya. Agar hum mahana "Extra Charges" nikalen:
Net Profit = (Net Revenue) - (Fixed Service Charges + Taxes)
Net Profit = 6,443.5 - 500 (Taqreeban) = 5,943 PKR (Shud Bachat)
1. Aap (Applicant) Kaise Khatam Kar Sakte Hain?
Muahide ki Clause 11(c) ke mutabiq:
- 30 Din ka Notice: Aap kisi bhi waqt K-Electric (KE) ko 30 din pehle ek tahreeri notice (Written Notice) de kar ye muahida khatam kar sakte hain.
- Wajah: Agar aap mazeed bijli KE ko nahi bechna chahte ya system hatana chahte hain, to aap notice de kar alag ho sakte hain.
2. K-Electric (KE) Kab Khatam Kar Sakti Hai?
Clause 11(a) ke mutabiq KE bhi muahida khatam ya suspend kar sakti hai agar:
- Aap system ki Maintenance sahi se nahi kar rahe.
- Aapka system NEPRA Rules ki khilaf-warzi kar raha ho.
- System mein koi aisa Technical Fault aa jaye jo KE ke grid ke liye khatra ho.
3. Muahide ki Muddat (Term)
Clause 11 ke mutabiq:
- Yeh agreement shuruat mein 3 saal ke liye hai.
- Agar 3 saal khatam hone par dono parties khamosh rehti hain, to ye khud-ba-khud (Automatically) renew ho jata hai.
⚠️ Khatam Karne Ka Qanoni Amal (Step-by-Step):
- Written Application: KE ke mutalqa daftar (IBC) mein ek application deni hogi ke main Net Metering ka muahida khatam karna chahta hoon.
- Final Inspection: KE ka amla aa kar aapka bi-directional meter check karega aur aakhri units ki reading lega.
- Meter Replacement: Net Metering khatam hone par aapka meter dobara "Single-way" (aam meter) par tabdeel kar diya jayega.

K-Electric (KE) aur NEPRA ke mutabiq, system ko mehfooz rakhne ke liye darj-zail safeties lazmi hain:
1. Interconnection Disconnect Switch (Sab se Eham Safety)
Muahide ki Clause 3 ke mutabiq, aapke system mein ek aisa switch hona chahiye jo:
- Visual Break: Bahar se nazar aaye ke system band hai.
- Manual Access: KE ka amla kisi bhi waqt (emergency ki surat mein) aapke ghar ke bahar se is switch ko band kar sake.
- Locking Facility: Is switch ko "OFF" position mein lock kiya ja sake taake kaam ke doran koi ghalti se ise on na kare.
2. Anti-Islanding Protection
Yeh safety system ka sab se zaroori hissa hai. Agar grid (WAPDA/KE) ki bijli chali jaye, to aapka solar system foran grid ko bijli bhejna band kar de.
- Kyun zaroori hai? Agar grid ki line par koi lineman kaam kar raha ho aur aapka solar wahan current bhej raha ho, to usay jaan-lewa jhatka lag sakta hai. Is liye system ka auto-cut hona lazmi hai.
3. Grounding aur Earthing (Clause 3)
Muahide mein saaf likha hai ke system ko Properly Grounded hona chahiye.
